Training Methodology

A distinctive training methodology has been developed by Bast Services, Inc. for classroom-based training courses. The key features of this methodology are:

  1. Course content is adapted to meet the specific needs of learners in the light of their varying levels of expertise regarding aerospace education.

  2. Style of delivery is classroom-based. Learners work on related exercises and examples to enhance understanding and relevance.

  3. Workshops are both challenging and participative. Learners are involved in terms of demonstrative exercises and activities, and material is specifically tailored to enhance math and science knowledge and skills.

  4. Learning is broken down into 5 clusters of programs, ranging from credit-awarding workshops for teachers to fun and interactive presentations for students.

  5. All clusters and their individual sessions are focused on delivering highly relevant and practical training, helping people to release their potential for personal and educational advantage. Within each cluster we are constantly developing the range of just-in-time training segments, which can be picked & mixed to suit school or individuals learning requirements.
